One rack baby back ribs, 1/2 lb. pork, 1/2 lb. brisket, 1/2 lb. turkey, 2 beef sausage links, and one whole chicken. Served with baked beans, cole slaw, green beans, and fries. No substitutions, please.
1/3-lb. fresh-ground pork shoulder patty on grilled sourdough bread. Piled with fries and smothered with cheese sauce, and topped with Magic Dust and chives. No side served with this item.
