Great news! Our region just moved to Tier 1, meani Great news! Our region just moved to Tier 1, meaning we can open indoors, at 25% capacity, starting immediately ~ so for us, that means Sunday at 11 a.m. We’re still working on staffing, so please know that you may have to order from the QR code on your table. We’ll continue to be vigilant about safety ~ masks worn in and out of the restaurant, when speaking to a server, and if you walk to the restrooms. 😷 We’ll ask each party to sign the contact tracing form. If any of these precautions make you uncomfortable, please continue to utilize our drive-thru/curbside/delivery options. We have lots of ways to enjoy 17th Street! ✨💕 Can’t wait to welcome y’all HOME.

Aside from @certifiedangusbeef brisket, flavorful Aside from @certifiedangusbeef brisket, flavorful brine, and rub, making our pastrami requires plenty of refrigerator space and patience. Once it’s ready, we make it into the most delicious Reuben sandwich with melted Swiss cheese, sauerkraut, and Thousand Island dressing. ✨ It is a true masterpiece!

Coming up for air after a very difficult few weeks Coming up for air after a very difficult few weeks. So grateful for the outpouring of love and kindness from every corner of the globe. Our crew and I read every message and loved reading about the many ways Mike touched your lives and businesses. He built a solid foundation for 17th Street and, through years of training and listening and watching, we’ve developed a map for our future. Our job is to preserve his legacy and continue to serve the best barbecue possible, with our trademark warmth and gracious hospitality.

Many people don’t know that I’ve been running 17th Street for the last four years. While I’ve done the marketing since 2000, and began OnCue in 2009, I was fortunate to learn every aspect of the operation while Mike was still right here. We have big plans for expansion and growth and you’ll hear more about that in the weeks to come. As soon as it’s possible, we’ll continue to hold OnCue classes. Our Apple City Barbecue team will compete at Memphis in May and we’ll be at all of our usual festivals and fairs. We can’t wait to welcome you to 17th Street soon.
